The role of a Father is so special. For me, my father taught me strength, honor, work ethic and the value of good advice. I am a lot like my father and my daughter is a lot like her father. I love that. My dad is a man’s man and he had 3 daughters. As girls, we played soft ball and fished for him and he dressed Barbie dolls and combed My Little Pony hair for us. He soon figured out the importance of the color pink and that even though he had short hair it was always long enough for us to braid. Growing up, dad was our protector and provider. We always knew everything would be okay because we knew our dad would never fail us. He continues to be our rock to this day. As grown women, dad is still our protector (and unfortunately/fortunately still our provider at times when we are in a real bind!), but more than anything Dad, you are our one of our best friends. We love you so much and want to wish the happiest of birthdays! You have done some really great things in 60 years…
