James Jackson Toth (above playing in Christiania here in Copenhagen in January) is the man behind Woodan Wand. He is a music man in the deepest sense. Growing up in a “metal” family, this New York native, Tennessee/Kentucky based musician’s americana, folk rock has completely stolen my ear and heart…along with the fact that he never tours with out his wife, Jessica and has “What Would Neil Young do?” tattooed on his wrist (not for musical musing necessarily, but for life decisions).
