One of my first memories is being wrapped in a quilt…the antique smell, the feeling of soft worn fabric that almost has a soul of it’s own. Growing up in our Texas home we didn’t have designer throws draped over our couches; we had old quilts. Quilts from generations past were folded in a big basket next to an antique hutch. Still to this day, when back, my favorite thing to do is snuggle up with my sisters on our parents’ couch wrapped in a quilt…it’s home. With many ideas piecing together in my head, the quilt will have it’s presence in a future collection…
